India House is a vision rooted in deep reflection on
the challenges of the present and the needs of the future.

We believe that building a better India requires more than just passion; it demands a unique combination of knowledge, skills, and leadership qualities.
At India House, we nurture individuals who embody integrity, resilience, and a deep sense of purpose leaders who can navigate the complexities of governance and drive systemic, transformative change.
Our journey is a continuum of learning and action through rich experiences in partnerships with multilateral agencies, government bodies, academic institutions, grassroots organisations, and beyond.
The team comprises academicians who have been instrumental in shaping policies that strengthen governance systems.
We are known for our foundational work with Vision India Foundation, which later evolved into the Rashtram School of Public Leadership reflecting a longstanding commitment to nurturing future leaders in public policy.
Our founding members also initiated the Sewa Fellowship, which continues to nurture grassroots changemakers. Together, these initiatives laid the foundation for India House and continue to inspire its work.
We are privileged to be guided by the mentorship of senior leaders and experts from diverse fields who share our vision and help steer our mission to drive meaningful change in the governance and public policy ecosystem through active leadership.
India House is not just a place, it is a movement for change. Systemic. Enduring. Impactful. We are dreamers and doers, working relentlessly to create a brighter, stronger India.
